For the convenience of user installation, BSPD assembles the two sets of bearings before delivery, and marks the matching mark on the outer ring of the bearing. Matching methods are: face-to-face, back-to-back, face-to-back for user selection.

  Four Point Contact Ball Bearings

  Four-point contact ball bearing is a separable bearing, it can also be said to be an angular contact ball bearing that can withstand bidirectional axial load. The inner and outer ring raceways are peach-shaped cross sections, which are composed of an outer ring, two split inner rings, steel balls and a cage. It is often used in environments with insufficient installation space and high axial positioning accuracy. Four-point contact ball bearings are often used to replace deep groove ball bearings under working conditions where the axial clearance of single bearings is required to be small. Or if the installation space is small, use four-point contact ball bearings to replace the two sets of angular contact ball bearings that are paired back to back.

  There’s at least one rib with taper in inner ring or outer ring of single row angular contact ball bearings, and with a few more steel balls than deep groove ball bearings of the same size. With high speed and large axial load, single row angular contact ball bearings can only bear one-way axial load, and they are usually used in pairs. Please pay attention to the face when installing, the bearing will be scattered if installed in the opposite direction.
